Ariadne is a limited release dessert wine crafted with a blend of our estate grown Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aged in oak barrels, our Ariadne red dessert wine boasts rich aromas of dark fruits and cocoa. This beautifully full-bodied dessert wine features deep flavor notes of black cherry, chocolate, toasted nuts and vanilla. Deep in color and silky on the palate, this wine can be enjoyed presently, or laid down to age in your cellar.
Ariadne is a Greek mythological figure, commonly associated with Theseus’ battle with the Minotaur — however, she became the companion of Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, grapes, and vineyards.
